Two-Story Three and Four Bedroom Town Homes:
On the 1st floor, enjoy a spacious open plan with beautiful ceramic tile floors. The large kitchen showcases beautiful cabinetry, modern appliances and all the utensils you will need to enjoy a nice home-cooked meal while on vacation. The living space features a dining area with large dining room table with seating for up to 6 people. The living area also features a large 3-panel sliding glass door that allows you to open up the space even more into the bright screened lanai area.
The 2nd floor of this beautiful home features soft plush carpet throughout with a large master suite and two spacious guest bedrooms. The master suite is appointed with beautiful furnishings which include a comfortable king size bed and a private master bathroom. The guest bedrooms share a bath and feature a double bed in one room and two twins in the second.
With a sleeper sofa on the 1st floor and the three or four bedrooms upstairs, the three and four bedroom town homes can comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 guests.
Four Bedroom Private Pool Home:
This model features a spacious single story open floor plan, and a screened-in private pool area. With beautiful ceramic tile throughout the home and soft carpeting in each of the bedrooms, this home is sure to be comfortable.
The Master suite features a large king size bed with your own in-suite bath with separate shower and large garden tub and your own private entry into the pool area. The guest bedrooms feature one double bed in one room and two twin beds in each additional room.
The large kitchens feature all the modern appliances and utensils you would need. The living room features comfortable seating area with a large 3 panel sliding glass door that opens the home up onto the pool deck. The home also features a full size washer and dryer for maximum convenience and utility.
Including the sleeper sofa located in the living room this home can easily accommodate up to 10 guests.
Five Bedroom Private Pool Home:
This home features a spacious two-story open floor plan, with a screened-in private pool area. With beautiful ceramic tile throughout the home and soft carpeting in each of the bedrooms, this home is one of our favorites.
The 1st floor features a nice guest bedroom with double size bed, one full bath and a half bath, a laundry room with full size washer & dryer and spacious sitting and dining areas. The first floor also features a large 3-panel sliding glass door that opens up onto the large screened in lanai and pool deck.
The 2nd floor features two large master suites with large in-suite bathrooms that include a separate shower and large garden tub. The guest bedrooms each feature two twin beds which share a bath. The 2nd floor also features soft comfortable carpeting throughout.
Including the sleeper sofa, this home can accommodate up to 12 guests.
Six Bedroom Private Pool Home:
This home features a spacious two-story open floor plan, a large screened in private lanai, pool & Jacuzzi.
The 1st floor features a combination of beautiful carpeting and ceramic tile floors with a family room, dining room which seats up to 6 people, open kitchen and breakfast table. There is also a small conversation area and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The master suite has a king bed, spacious in-suite bath with separate shower and garden tub. The master suite also features a very large walk in closet.
As you proceed upstairs to the 2nd floor, you will find soft carpeting and spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen size bed with in-suite bathroom; the second bedroom features a double size bed that opens into the bath that is shared with the 2 additional bedrooms featuring 2 twin beds in each bedroom. The 5th bedroom features a large king size bed with in-suite bathroom. Some of the 6 bedroom homes also feature a game room with either a pool table or air hockey table located in the garage.
